Who you are
- Proven experience with a minimum of 4 years in revenue operations in a B2B SaaS, with expertise in utilizing HubSpot
- A track record of managing CRM systems - extensive knowledge of Hubspot Sales and Marketing Suite
- Extremely adept at problem solving, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Obsessed by data, analytical and product-savvy
- Articulate and a strong communicator with the confidence to challenge the status quo
- Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change, and lots of unknowns
- Fascinated by entrepreneurship, you love the changing nature of innovation and high tempo of start-up life
- Professional interpersonal, negotiation, persuasion and presenting skills
- Ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner
- You are hungry to succeed and an absolute team player
What the job involves
- Act as the owner and primary point-of-contact for revenue-related systems, commercial process questions and all sales and marketing data
- Manage and maintain the CRM (Hubspot) and own commercial data reporting
- Optimise processes by identifying bottlenecks or areas for refinement, improving workflows, and automating manual tasks alongside the operations team
- Drive analytics, enabling the business to make data-driven decisions by collecting and analysing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities
- Promote sales forecasting, collect and analyse data, identify trends, and liaise with finance
- Support the Customer Success team with day-to-day functionality and operations, particularly with a focus on how these activities improve churn
- Managing the Customer Success Team Lead and use customer feedback insights to complete the feedback loop and build in a strategic process to tackle improving the North Star metrics
