Senior Account Manager, Kyriba

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota
• Ability to build strong relationships with Clients based on reliance & expertise
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial technology solutions
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close as well as renewal cycles
• A charismatic team player, with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organization
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and sales productivity tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• Client Retention & Expansion:
• Own the commercial relationship for your portfolio of accounts
• Drive expansion (identify, develop, and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities)
• Run client business reviews to uncover initiatives and pain points
• Partner with internal/external teams to ensure customer success
• Manage renewals proactively to hit retention targets
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Sales Execution:
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define the upsell approach and objectives
• Deliver compelling presentations/demos that differentiate Kyriba
• Navigate procurement, legal, and security stakeholders to close deals
• Pipeline & Forecast Management:
• Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity progression in Salesforce
• Generate leads via social selling, networking, industry events, and outreach
