Sales Development Representative, n8n

• Fluent in German: C1 or higher (native or bilingual speaker)

• Your main goal will be to generate pipeline for the DACH market and shape our SDR playbook as we scale
• You will be the front line of our sales efforts, connecting with potential customers and qualifying opportunities that turn into revenue for the business
• You’ll connect with prospects across industries and regions, helping them discover the value of n8n
• To do so, here are your key responsibilities:
• 1- Engage with prospects
• Conduct scheduled prospect meetings, effectively positioning n8n's value
• Reach out to warm leads via email and social media to build rapport
• Qualify leads over the phone and uncover potential for further discussions (currently 100% inbound with a high conversion rate)
• 2- Build pipeline with outbound efforts
• Collaborate with the team to create our first outbound campaigns to target strategic accounts
• Research accounts and identify decision-makers and champions within organizations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor messaging that resonates with prospects
• 3- Administration & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities in the CRM
• Track your outreach metrics to ensure progress toward quarterly targets
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on prospect engagement
• 4- Collaboration with the sales team
• Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and the broader sales team to transition qualified leads
• Develop strategies with Marketing to increase conversion rates from MQLs to SQLs
• Learn from cross-functional teams to build product knowledge and sales expertise
