Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of practical experience in Performance Marketing & App Marketing
- Re-Commerce expertise and operational knowledge of E-Commerce processes and an eye for new trends in the digital marketing world
- Experienced in working with Performance Marketing & App channels to generate new and retargeting existing customers (i.e. SEA, Apple Search Ads, Shopping campaigns, Paid Social, Display Marketing…)
- Experience in ASO is a plus
- Profound understanding of tracking, esp. mobile tracking and strong analytical skills with a ability to leverage data and to shape strategies and maximize ROI within a data-driven approach
- You know how to drive your marketing initiatives and projects forward, manage stakeholder expectations in a cross-functional and agile working environment
- You are business fluent in German & English
What the job involves
- As a Digital Marketing team, we empower our private and commercial customers to joyfully trade on Kleinanzeigen across web and app
- We help our users along the customer lifecycle and journey through digital initiatives (Performance & Mobile Marketing, Onsite, CRM) to find or to sell the item of choice - locally or with shipping options!
- You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead
- Manage successful Performance Marketing & App Marketing initiatives across multiple channels and disciplines with the objective to increase our KPIs (i.e. App Installs, Leads)
- You are responsible for a thoughtful channel mix with the objective to increase feature adoption, that also includes the acquisition of additional channels
- Measure and analyze the efficiency of your Performance Marketing / App Marketing activities, understanding the core drivers and adjust accordingly
- Responsible for an efficient budget allocation and continuously optimize your campaigns by conducting A/B-tests for efficiency based on brand and performance metrics
- Think “full funnel” and improve your campaigns by considering different categories, user segments and user journeys, elaborating on best ways to incentivize them
- Work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and find the best way to convert traffic into conversions
- Analyze competitors, Identify trends and new opportunities in performance marketing to maximize growth opportunities
- Close collaboration with external partner and agencies, including relationships management

Considering that well over $2 trillion is spent annually on online marketplaces, Adevinta Spain (as well as Adevinta as a whole) is operating from a position of strength in an extremely lucrative market, especially since a buyout by Blackstone and Permira in November 2023 was initiated. This will further bolster Adevinta's position as a market leader under strong new ownerhsip.
