Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of demonstrated excellence in a similar role and tech company operating environment, ideally including adtech or martech experience
- Ability to immerse in the inner workings of complex and innovative new technology like AI and rapidly become a subject matter expert
- Passion for innovation and helping to define the future of media, marketing, and AI
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, including with clients, product management and engineering teams, and C-level executive audiences, with an aptitude for explaining technical concepts to non-technical people and demonstrating high professional integrity
- Highly organized self-starter with the skills and zeal to take accountability for and leadership of multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Background in consulting and/or degree in computer science a plus
What the job involves
- The Firsthand Solutions Consulting team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and success by helping to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge new technology solution and our clients’ business needs
- Solutions Consultants will develop an understanding of market requirements, collaborate with internal and external audiences to fully implement Firsthand’s products and services, and help commercialize our solutions
- This is a multifaceted position encompassing diverse responsibilities, including technical integration, AI experimentation, project management and strategic consultancy, and offers opportunities to contribute significantly to our clients' and our company's success
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges
- Develop customized experiments and solutions that align with client requirements
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients during pre- and post-sales processes
- Work with clients to configure technical implementations and analyze results
- Conduct product demos to showcase the functionality and benefits of Firsthand solutions, providing technical explanations in a clear and understandable manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate representation of technical aspects in pitches and proposals
- Analyze performance of client implementations and generate compelling data analyses and case studies with insights and recommendations for Firsthand clients
- Identify areas for future optimization of Firsthand products
- Provide training to clients on the use and maintenance of Firsthand solutions
- Collaborate with Product Management to create training materials and documentation for internal and external audiences

Until recently, brands and publishers lacked a practical means to interact in real-time, 1-1 conversations and provide content with customers both on and off their digital platforms. Firsthand is a specialised AI agent platform designed to cater to the needs of publishers and brands.
The platform offers a solution that enables publishers and brands to manage, safeguard, and utilise their data and content in direct conversational campaigns driven by tailored AI agents. This capability extends to various online channels where consumers actively seek information.
As the company shifts out of stealth stages it is conducting a pilot program with a select group of brands and publishers. As AI continues to evolve, we are sure that the Firsthand product will grow in tandem, pursuing its mission to construct the infrastructure that empowers AI-driven consumer interactions. An exciting time for the company as it emerges in to this billion dollar sector.
