Role
Who you are
- Proven track record of shaping and delivering impactful product strategies that drive measurable business growth and customer engagement
- Experience in a high-growth, scaling tech environment with a deep understanding of how to balance vision, execution, and iteration
- Experienced in managing end-to-end product lifecycles - from discovery and definition to delivery and optimisation - across both B2C and/or B2B contexts, ideally within EdTech, consumer apps or SaaS. You care about the outcome - not just the output - utilising data and creating metrics to quantify success
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and commercial, to turn insights into exceptional products
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making. Comfortable working with analytics tools (e.g., Metabase, Google Analytics) and using data to inform decisions. SQL knowledge is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align diverse teams behind a clear product direction
- Passionate about user experience, customer insight, and creating products that have real-world impact

What the job involves
- Product Strategy & Execution: Define and execute product initiatives that align with the company’s vision and growth goals. Own and drive product roadmaps, ensuring priorities are clear, data-informed, and customer-led
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, growth, and commercial teams to bring products from concept to launch. Ensure alignment across teams and effective communication of product priorities and outcomes
- Customer & Market Insight: Act as the voice of the customer. Gather and analyse data, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and refine the product strategy
- Product Lifecycle Management: Own the full lifecycle of your product(s) - from ideation to delivery, measurement, and iteration - ensuring every release contributes to company and user success
- Performance & Impact: Track releases using clearly defined success metrics that move the needle. Use data and experimentation to drive continuous improvement and ensure products deliver measurable results
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion a culture of curiosity, testing, and learning. Regularly challenge assumptions, seek new ideas, and help raise the bar for product excellence across the organisation
