As Technical Recruiter, Contractor at Hinge Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our R&D team by recruiting top-tier talent for specialized technical roles
You will leverage your expertise to build and maintain robust talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing and networking
In this role, you will partner closely with R&D leadership to deeply understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
Your creativity and efficiency will be key as you develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles, ensuring we attract the best candidates in the industry
You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
Recruit top engineering talent for specialized roles with efficiency and creativity
Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions through proactive sourcing and networking
Partner with engineering leadership to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles
Manage full-cycle recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation
