- 10+ years in Customer Experience, Services Operations, Delivery Strategy, or Partner Management, ideally within a fast-scaling SaaS or technology organization
- Proven success designing or scaling a Services Partner Program and leading a Resource Management Office
- Strong command of workforce planning principles, subcontractor models, and PSA systems (e.g., FinancialForce)
- Executive-level communication and relationship management skills, capable of aligning stakeholders across functions and levels
- A system-builder mindset: comfortable designing from scratch, optimizing what exists, and leading teams through change
- Data- and outcomes-driven: you use dashboards, analytics, and forecasts to make smart, high-impact decisions
What the job involves
- Alteryx is searching for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused leader to serve as our Director, CX RMO and Channel Strategy, a pivotal role responsible for transforming how we scale services delivery through partners and workforce excellence
- Architect and lead a world-class services partner program that enables global scalability and quality delivery
- Define partner segmentation, onboarding, enablement, and performance management frameworks
- Establish governance models and KPIs to assess partner contribution, quality, and strategic fit
- Serve as the executive liaison between internal teams and strategic partner stakeholders
- Lead our Resource Management Office (RMO), driving accurate capacity planning, forecasting, and skills alignment across internal and partner resources
- Partner with Services, Delivery, and Finance to model future demand and ensure delivery readiness
- Build systems and dashboards that provide visibility into utilization, supply gaps, and coverage planning
- Implement scalable tools and workflows for proactive staffing, subcontractor coordination, and delivery readiness
- Align resource and partner strategies to company growth goals, sales velocity, and customer demand patterns
- Collaborate with CX, Sales, and Product leaders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery
- Influence executive decision-making through data-backed insights, strategic forecasts, and operational performance metrics
- Higher partner enablement, quality, accountability, and alignment to delivery needs
- Reduced staffing friction, increased utilization, and greater flexibility in delivery execution
- Tighter correlation between forecasted demand and resource readiness across all channels
- Stronger services delivery that supports adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value
- A delivery model that grows efficiently alongside our business
Our take
Alteryx brings a suite of tools to automate data driven processes on a large scale, massively speeding up data based procedures. The system also uses AI to analyse data and provide insights to enable rapid decision making.
What Alteryx does differently from other data science tool developers is focus on the accessibility of its software, taking a low code / no code approach. This allows for greater collaboration between people with differing skill sets, speeding up processes for its users.
The business has made some strategic partnerships over time, most notably with Snowflake and Blue Prism. With AI becoming more, Alteryx is projected to make major inroads in its market as more companies turn to automated solutions for data analysis.
