- Strong skills in documentation, knowledge sharing, effective communication and asynchronous working
- Familiar with tools such as Notion, Kissflow, Slack or similar
- Writes and speaks fluent English. Proficiency in an additional language is a plus
- Prior experience working remotely and asynchronously is considered a plus
- Having familiarity with a remote, hyper-growth start-up culture is a plus
What the job involves
- This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an International Operations Specialist, joining our International Operations team. What you'll do:
- Provide critical project management to setup EOR operations in new countries; and to ensure continuity of EOR entities operations (license renewals, entity maintenance, corporate governance, etc.) liaising with external and internal stakeholders
- Day-to-day management of expansion projects and entity maintenance tasks, deadlines and deliverables contributing to continuous progress, completion of milestones and providing regular, timely and detailed progress updates
- As Specialist International Operations, you are expected to have a basic business sense and to align with your Manager to prioritize work based on common goals, potential revenue and risk assessment
- Gather and refine requirements for the creation of Customer and Employee facing forms on the Remote platform
- Work closely with legal team and local legal partners to implement Employment Agreements and other legal documents on the Remote and other contracts platforms
- Continuous learning and development of operations setup in new countries and Entity Maintenance requirements through highly effective communication, documentation and process adherence
- Multi-tasking across projects and jurisdictions guided by strategic goals and tactical priorities
- Proactively identify process inefficiencies and inconsistencies and collaborating towards improved and more productive workflow
- Be able to drive your own work, with Manager’s guidance, while still being able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external service providers
- Be able to go from “scout to scale” and actually start things up
- In your role, you will make a direct impact in Remote's global operations
