Who you are
- 3 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in a customer success or account management role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner
- Experience interacting with a high volume of customers, with demonstrated skills in time management and prioritization
- Ability to analyze customer data and performance metrics to derive actionable insights
- Experience using data and technology to drive customer enablement, with preferred experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Looker
- Demonstrated experience learning advanced knowledge on technical subject matters and curiosity to grow in knowledge
- Passion for contributing to the customer's success with a product or service
- Motivated by change and comfort with an evolving work environment
What the job involves
- You will be hyper-focused on building and refining processes to drive customer engagement through data and technology to achieve scaled customer service
- The team is dedicated to consistently driving the best customer experience by acting as the voice of the customer internally while delivering on client product adoption and retention goals
- This team focuses primarily on small and mid sized business clients who are eager to grow their business and learn best practices from the industry leading software provider, Juniper Square
- Manage a portfolio of 250+ client accounts, leading them through the customer journey following onboarding
- Own the success and health of your assigned clients by developing and deploying strategies aimed to increase customer value and minimize churn
- Monitor customer performance metrics to identify potential risk and proactively address the risk when necessary
- Understand the dynamic nature of SMB businesses leading the use and development of playbooks to help meet client needs
- Learn and use technology to deploy scaled product learning
- Collaborate internally with internal teams such as Customer Enablement to develop new content to meet the education needs of our customers
- Review customer metrics for product adoption, client satisfaction, and customer goals
- Develop advanced knowledge of the customer, product, and industry
- Work with product and engineering teams to create new product features that reflect the voice of our customers
