Who you are
- AutogenAI is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our team

- Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly learn and understand the AutogenAI platform and configure it to meet customer requirements
- Customer Engagement: Proven track record of delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and managing multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering training and presentations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (previous startup or consulting experience preferred)
Desirable
- Experience: 2+ years’ experience in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in an onboarding, implementation, or customer success role
- Start-Up Experience: Previous experience leading onboarding projects in a fast-paced startup environment
- AI Software Knowledge: Familiarity with AI software and applications
- Bid-Writing Industry Exposure: Understanding of the bid-writing space, including industry-specific challenges and opportunities
What the job involves
- In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience as they implement our platform
- You’ll manage the onboarding journey, drive user engagement and adoption, deliver effective training, and ensure customers reach key milestones
- By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will play a crucial role in demonstrating the value of AutogenAI, setting the foundation for long-term customer success and delight
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new customers and guide them through the onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition onto the AutogenAI platform
- Project Management: Develop and execute tailored project plans for each customer, ensuring all timelines, milestones, and deliverables are achieved
- Platform Configuration: Configure the AutogenAI platform to meet each customer’s unique requirements, ensuring they experience immediate value
- Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive onboarding training, including Foundations and Advanced sessions, via virtual or in-person formats, ensuring users are confident in using the platform
- Customer Engagement: Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring customers feel supported at every step
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth handover and continuous communication, enabling a cohesive customer experience
- Customer Communication: Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates on new platform releases, answer questions, and address any issues that arise
- Customer Handover: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to Customer Success, setting the stage for long-term engagement
Our take
Companies spend a large amount of time and resources writing copy, with sales writing alone being a significant spend. Not only is the cost of writing talents' time an issue, it's also a constant worry to ensure that everyone is putting their best foot forward at all times adhering to the company's style guide, and the cost of miscommunications and errors in both internal and external communications is being minimised.
Utilising the latest advances in natural language processing, AutogenAI seeks to replace manually-generated content with text generated by its General Language Engine, also known as Genny-1. Its multi-disciplinary team works with clients to understand their needs, collates existing text to fine tune its model to that company's voice, then deploys Genny-1 in the areas of the business where it will have the greatest impact.
While this is likely to produce the best returns in bid proposals and other high value-add activities, AutogenAI can be applied to a wide range of internal and external business processes such as marketing, sales and public relations. As the use of AI becomes more mainstream, AutogenAI seeks to position itself as a vital tool in all forms of business communication, and substantial funding rounds show that it is well poised to achieve this.
