- Possess deep expertise in KYC processes and innovative strategies to elevate the onboarding experience
- Have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams of 20 or more professionals
- Excel in planning, organizing, and influencing stakeholders through persuasive and strategic communication

What the job involves
- As the Head of Onboarding at bunq, you'll make a difference by improving conversions in the onboarding funnel, maximizing the amount of users we onboard by achieving our 5-minute onboarding for users
- You will hold a pivotal role in defining our customer's onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition, while keeping the banking system safe. You have the power to set the tone of the initial interaction and positively impact user experience for Eva
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams of up to 40 professionals across operations, product and KYC process
- Design and continuously optimise our onboarding flow for private individuals and companies
- Turn data into actionable insights that boost engagement during onboarding
- Spearhead international expansion into new markets - within and outside EEA
- Persuade and influence key stakeholders to endorse and implement user-focused & data-driven solutions
- Continually reduce manual verification waiting times to ensure quicker user onboarding
- Work diligently to meet the 5-minute promise for user onboarding
- Constantly enhance strategies that will ultimately increase the verification rate
