Role
Who you are
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
- Extensive experience working in a B2B marketing or sales team, preferably in a SaaS environment with a sales-led motion
- Proven track record of successful event marketing initiatives that created demand among prospects and met pipeline goals
- Cross Team Collaborator: You don’t steer away from communicating with people in different areas of the organization. You work effectively within a team and independently
- Growth mindset: You are a problem solver, an optimist and can-do person. Hands-on and driven

What the job involves
- As Events Marketing Manager you will report to the Director of Demand Generation and collaborate daily with brand, sales and partnership teams
- Your mission is to help the commercial teams drive pipeline and new revenue by implementing end-to-end B2B campaigns that drive awareness and interest across all segments of Ultimate’s target market
- Plan our event marketing calendar to drive brand awareness, create and accelerate sales pipeline, collaborating with the sales, partnerships, product and customer success teams
- Own the strategy and the end-to-end execution of our online and offline events, including speaker briefing, event promotion, presentation content and post-event evaluation
- Brief and help produce marketing creatives with the design, content, advertising, email and website teams, coordinating and respecting deadlines
- Partner with the sales team in targeting specific regions or segments, strategizing and fine-tuning campaign messaging to engage target accounts, generate new opportunities and increase win rates
- Owning the evaluation and documentation our campaign results and processes, contributing to a constant refinement of Ultimate’s value proposition and go-to-market strategies
