What the job involves
- The Senior Data Analyst is responsible for the data products, data analytics, and transforming data into insights at Esusu, including: own various product and business initiatives pertaining to our data processing, analytics, visualization, and correlation
- Engage in high degree of collaboration with key managers, product owners, and other peers and cross-functional partners
- Offer technical guidance while collaborating with others to enable new products and improve current ones in order to reach more customers and provide better customer experience
- Work on our next generation data analytics and visualization models
- Coach and mentor fellow data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists
- Architect and build data pipelines, data warehouses, data lakes, reporting platforms and visualization, and databases
- Use Python, NoSQL, MongoDB and Tableau
- Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers

Esusu is a financial platform leveraging data solutions, focused on empowering immigrant and minority groups to build and establish their credit scores.
Without access to building credit, people are vulnerable to financial insecurity and predatory lending, which is what Esusu sets out to combat. As well as helping people build credit, the company also helps property owners mitigate against initiating evictions, reducing the chance of their renters becoming homeless.
The company has raised considerable investment and earned Unicorn status, and impressively now partners with 65% of the largest real estate owners and operators in the US. With plans to continue scaling its team and operations, Esusu has proven itself a leader in the industry as it makes a significant positive impact on the lives of many Americans.
