Engineering Manager, AI, Iterable

• University or advanced degree in CS, Math, Physics, or similar engineering/science discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Experience mentoring and managing AI development teams
• Proven experience deploying machine learning systems into Production
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and tools, artificial intelligence, deep learning, natural language processing, or other ML disciplines
• Knowledge of data pipeline and workflow management tools
• Expertise in standard software best practices, e.g. unit testing, test automation, continuous integration, code reviews, design documentation
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills, with proven experience in innovating solutions for complex challenges
• Excellent communication collaboration skills and are adept at conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
