Who you are
- Be familiar with Future B2B brands and immersed in Internet culture
- Three or more years experience working for a fast-paced agency (media, digital or creative) or media company, preferably in a client facing role
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A curious mind that leads to better recommendations for campaign
- Success and internal processes
- Solid grasp of digital media products, standards and best practices
- Experience with paid social media campaigns
- Experience working with content creation teams preferred
- Strong organizational habits including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Digital-savvy, with strong understanding of virtual networking tools, Google suite and and Microsoft products
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you coordinate the completion of multiple parallel projects on time, within budget and within scope, in a post-sale capacity
- Reporting to the Head of Client Services, this is a client-facing role within the Client Success team, which delivers on all aspects of commercial programs (email, media, custom solutions, content marketing and custom video.)
- The Client Success Manager will take ownership of specific accounts and oversee all delivery tasks across a number of sold programs
- You’ll be working across multiple departments in the global business, ensuring all aspects of each project are successfully delivered
- Execute cross-platform custom marketing programs rooted in digital, social, media and experiential that elevate integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives
- Execute on deliverables, including the editorial, email, ad delivery, trade marketing, audience development and business intelligence
- Strong focus on performance monitoring and recap presentations to fuel renewals
- Form recommendations to grow business opportunities with existing clients
- Identify and manage internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Foster positive relationships with assigned clients, earning their trust and increasing likelihood of renewals
- Prepare reports for internal teams and external clients regarding status and success of projects in collaboration with multiple teams
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to senior management as needed
- Monitor campaign performance and make strategic recommendations
