What the job involves
- As an SDR Manager, you’ll lead and manage a high-performing team of inbound and outbound SDRs (Boston based), providing day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and performance management to help them exceed targets
- In parallel, you’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Enablement—as well as SDR Managers globally—to align strategy, share best practices, and drive improvements across the entire top-of-funnel engine, ensuring consistent, scalable success
- Coach, Manage and Inspire a High-Energy Team – Lead a small but growing team of inbound and outbound SDRs, providing day-to-day coaching, support, and development opportunities to maximise their impact
- Challenge the Status Quo – Continuously seek new and creative approaches to outbound strategy and team performance—bringing innovation to how we engage prospects and generate pipeline
- Build a Winning Culture – Foster a strong, competitive, and fun team environment where people feel empowered to take ownership and exceed their targets
- Be Analytical & Curious – Dig into the numbers to understand what's working, what’s not, and why. Use data to inform decision-making and shape future strategies
- Own Your Impact – This is a high-autonomy role with plenty of room to shape and scale
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Enablement, and global SDR Managers to align strategies, share best practices, and continuously improve inbound lead conversion and outbound effectiveness
