Sales Development Representative, Centerfield

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• 1+ years of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team
• The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating incoming leads, identifying high-quality opportunities, and ensuring they are properly routed to the appropriate sales team members
• This role is critical to optimizing the sales funnel and driving business growth

• As a Sales Development Representative, you may be required to work on various programs within the company based on the business needs
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels
• Conduct initial outreach to assess lead interest, fit, and readiness to buy
• Use lead scoring criteria to prioritize and categorize leads
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion strategies
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and conversion metrics
