Who you are
- We're seeking an elite Technical Recruiter, a tenacious individual who mirrors our pursuit of world-class standards and relentless drive

- 5–7 years of proven success in sales and go-to-market recruitment, ideally within a high-growth technology or SaaS company
- Strong knowledge of the sales hiring lifecycle, from entry-level SDRs to senior account executives, revenue leaders, and marketing professionals
- Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates in competitive GTM talent markets
- Experience in the Healthcare/Health Tech space is a big plus
- A genuine passion for building high-performing, diverse commercial teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—confident with senior executives and approachable to candidates at every level
- A growth mindset and adaptability to pivot priorities quickly in a startup environment

What the job involves
- As a Sales & Go-To-Market Recruiter at Thoughtful AI, you will be a driving force behind our growth by identifying, attracting, and closing top-performing commercial talent
- Your mission will be to build the teams that bring our product to market—sales, customer success, marketing, partnerships, and other go-to-market functions that shape how we scale revenue and expand our customer base
- In this role, you’ll have significant autonomy and will navigate the fast-moving challenges of a high-growth startup
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for our sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success departments
- Partner closely with commercial leaders to refine hiring processes and identify key profiles needed to accelerate revenue growth
- Immerse yourself in our go-to-market strategy to deeply understand how our teams operate, what skills are required, and what talent profiles drive success
- Build sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales and GTM professionals, including outbound prospecting, lead generation, and market mapping
- Actively network with potential candidates at industry events, sales conferences, and professional communities
- Craft compelling job descriptions tailored to the nuances of competitive sales and marketing roles
- Conduct structured interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates across sales performance metrics, market expertise, and cultural alignment
- Champion a strong candidate experience that reflects the energy and professionalism of our go-to-market teams

However, this often results in unfilled roles leading to larger workloads for employees, a sacrifice that can lead to lower-quality work and expensive errors.
Thoughtful develops bespoke back office automation bots, allowing businesses to hire bots that are specifically designed to automate their tasks and workflows. After onboarding, the company monitors and provides reports on the performance of each bot, allowing clients to see the value of each bot and whether adjustments are needed.
Whilst back office automation tools are nothing new, these generally work as integrations within other platforms, whereas Thoughtul’s bots are uniquely designed to emulate a position that would otherwise be staffed by a human. The company claims that its bots can help OpEx teams minimize staffing costs and optimize workflows whilst preventing any risk associated with cost cutting.
