Role
Who you are
- 2-4 years of experience in deal desk, order management, sales operations, revenue operations, finance operations, or a related role in a B2B environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of orders with accuracy
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with CPQ solutions
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across teams
- Applicants must have work authorization that does not require sponsorship from the company now or in the future
Desirable
- Experience working in a SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth tech environment
- Expertise in CPQ tools and subscription billing models
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles and basic finance concepts

- As a Deal Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the order-to-cash process by ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders
- You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure all agreements are structured and negotiated in accordance with our bookings policy
- Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, you will help drive operational efficiency while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction
- Quote to Close: Review, draft, and process all order forms ensuring Salesforce data matches the order for accurate downstream billing and accounting
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure smooth order flow for both standard and non-standard deals
- Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and recommend process enhancement
- Support & Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for sales and commercial accounting team members for questions or issues related to deal structure
- Month End Close: Work with Accounting to ensure our books are closed accurately and on time in accordance with audit expectations
- Documentation: Assist in maintaining order management and deal desk documentation
- Reporting: Assist in establishing deal operations-related metrics
