Staff Product Manager, OKX

• Experience: 8+ years of product management (or related) experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or crypto companies. Proven track record of delivering successful consumer-facing products at scale
• Data Orientation: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset – comfortable digging into metrics and analyses. Background in data science, quantitative analysis, or analytics-heavy product roles is a plus
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services products. Passion for the crypto/blockchain industry and a deep understanding of retail user needs and market trends
• End-to-End Execution: Demonstrated ability to lead complex product initiatives from strategy through launch and iteration. Hands-on skills in defining requirements, working with UX/UI, and guiding engineering execution to ship high-impact features
