What the job involves

Our Ops team drives mission-critical initiatives to fulfill and maintain our product coverage
We are looking for a hard-charging specialist who is focused on outcomes, accuracy, and builds strong relationships along the way
This is a contract role
Work with government agencies to accurately close compliance accounts
Provide support to users—communicating updates and handling requests for account closures
Use internal tools and processes to keep customers’ Mosey app up to date
Prepare close out reports
Regularly review and update Mosey’s processes to reflect the latest regulations and standards
