Product Designer, Lounge

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Fluency in Figma
• Experience building and updating atomic design systems
• Proficiency in mobile design
• Comfort in a senior role
• Experience working alongside engineers and basic understanding of code

Desirable

• Own the design function at Lounge - our first full time design team member
• Update and grow our atomic design system and visual brand identity
• Research and design features for the app, taking full ownership of the design process
• Work closely with the founding team and our engineers
• Speak to users to understand their needs, and look at product data to understand usage behaviours
