Role
Who you are
- Student of a university or university of applied sciences with preferred field of study in Business Administration, Business Informatics Computer science, System administration, Sales and Marketing or Data Science. But the most important factors will be your mindset, ability to learn and a willingness to be a go-to person for support, training and system configurations
- Strong analytical mindset
- Independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit: you take full responsibility of your tasks and make suggestions to improve processes
- Prior knowledge of HubSpot would be preferable
- Computer skills: Very good MS Office skill especially MS Excel, reporting/analytical skills
- Language skills: Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, striving to follow through & completion
What the job involves
- We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our team!
- As a Sales Operations analyst, you will add value by supporting and enhancing our operations activities and processes
- You will organize data and work closely with the finance, legal, marketing, business operations and sales teams
- You will be in charge of quotes processing and legal documents preparation
- To thrive in this position, you will need to own your tasks from start to end, identify gaps and propose new ideas to improve existing processes
- Own and manage our sales support tickets
- Assist the sales and customer success team with Quotes and draft order forms creation
- Maintain data up to date in our CRM
- Maintain and review product portfolio in our CRM
- Maintain our sales assets up to date

While the company can count on the experience of engaging enterprise customers for over a decade, it must continue to push forward its product to avoid being made irrelevant by the emerging crop of technologically advanced startups in the space such as SimilarWeb. Moves like expanding its AI Assistant product to run market insights, as it did in 2023, are definitely steps in the right direction.
