What the job involves

Join the Getsafe team as the Finance Lead and play a pivotal role in steering the financial functions of our company
We are seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in budgeting, reporting, accounting, controlling, steering and overseeing operational finance functions
As a key leadership figure, you will also serve as a strategic sparring partner for the CFO and other key executives, contributing to strategic financial decision-making and to strategic initiatives such as fundraising and M&A
Lead the elevation of our controlling system including transparency on financial metrics, cost control and budgeting initiatives
Support key finance functions as team lead, including accounting, controlling and treasury, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with company goals
Serve as a strategic sparring partner for the C-level, engaging and driving discussions that will contribute to the overall success of the company
Working closely with our CFO to engage in investor and board relations
Foster collaboration with key internal stakeholders, particularly product & engineering, acting as a business partner in creating business cases and guiding financial decision-making processes
