What the job involves
- Reporting to our Head of Account Management for North America, you’ll be part of our Revenue crew, focusing on growing and nurturing a portfolio of key clients in the Capital Markets space across North America
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person for your accounts — backed by a supportive and experienced team
- You’ll be working with senior decision-makers (yes, the C-suite kind), so you’ll need to bring your A-game when it comes to strategic thinking, industry know-how, and the ability to hold your own in high-level conversations
- Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts in North America
- Hit (and hopefully smash) your annual revenue targets through upselling and uncovering new opportunities
- Lead the full sales journey — from spotting client needs to running product demos, hosting workshops, and closing deals
- Build strong relationships with senior execs and decision-makers at top-tier companies

Xceptor was founded in 2003, making it a longstanding player in the automation market. In 2021 the company was bought by Astorg, which has helped to accelerate its product development. The company also has strong relationships with big-name corporate clients like EY and Finastra - strong evidence of the value of its technology.
Xceptor's main challenge is to compete with other no-code automation software companies. That said, the backing of Astorg should help to ensure this legacy player remains competitive in the years to come. It is moving ahead with further development and securing yet more impressive partnerships, such as with KPMG in 2024 with whom Xceptor will build automated tax solutions.
