Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, consulting, investment banking or a high-growth startup environment
- Strong academic background in Finance, Business Administration or a related field, with advanced knowledge of the three financial statements and their interrelations
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency with financial modeling tools like Excel/ Google Sheets, complemented by a tech-savvy attitude; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker) is a strong plus
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- Own planning and reporting: Prepare our budget, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports for our management, regulatory authorities and banks, working closely with our Head of Finance and functional departments
- Generate actionable insights: Analyze financial performance and department budgets by tracking key metrics and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Be a strategic partner: Deliver clear and concise financial reports and insights to our management and the department leads, aiding in long-term planning and business strategy
- Support our investment strategy: Support capital allocation, scenario planning, and investment prioritization efforts
- Ensure scalability: Contribute to the improvement of financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
