Role
Who you are
- You must have 1-2 years in a customer facing role
- Are highly proactive rather than reactive
- Are comfortable managing multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously
- Are resilient and enjoys solving difficult customer challenges
- Are highly organised and able to manage a portfolio independently
- Is motivated by targets and enjoys being rewarded for delivering results
Desirable
- Experience working within the startup ecosystem
- Managed large portfolio of customers
- 3-5 years in customer success manager position in B2C business
What the job involves
- As a Placement Success Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end success of the placements assigned to you once they have been set up by the Connectd team
- You will take ownership of both the founder and advisor relationship throughout the placement, guiding both parties through the key stages of the placement journey: Kickoff, Action and Closing
- Your role is to ensure every placement has the best possible opportunity to deliver a successful outcome during and beyond the pro bono period. You will use data and insights from the Connectd platform to monitor placement progress, identify risks and opportunities, and proactively intervene where additional support is required
- Ultimately, you are accountable for the successful outcomes generated from your portfolio of placements
- You will be targeted on the number of successful outcomes you deliver each month, with a strong commission structure in place to reward consistent delivery and high performance

- Ahead of the second stage interview we will share a task involving a customer scenario that we will ask you to talk through and how you approach/resolve in the second stage interview
- Second/ Final Stage Interview with Placement Success Team Leader and Customer Success Team Leader. We will ask you to run through the task and also additional second stage interview questions will be asked
