Full cycle recruitment for (mostly) senior engineering and product management roles across all our locations (CY, UK in particular)
You will be working with a high level of autonomy
Helping Wheely shape a more transparent and efficient recruitment process
Participating in marketing and PR activities aiming to improve the HR brand

Our take

Uber and Lyft have completely changed the way we hail a taxi. However, most people know someone with negative Uber stories - quality cannot always be guaranteed with these companies. Wheely is targeting customers who want high quality rides every time.

The company has a strict requirement process and uses the industry's most rigorous tests, with their drivers all certified from the Chauffeur Training Academy. Founded in 2010, Wheely is now available in London, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Paris, and Dubai, with thousands of chauffeurs driving under the brand.

Since raising funding back in 2019, the company has been working to establish itself as the leader in premium ride-hailing in megacities across the globe. Lengthy lockdowns during the pandemic of course caused problems for Wheely, but it appears to have manoeuvred through these difficulties and come out the other side refocussed on growing its services.
