Who you are
- An experienced sponsorship professional with a proven track record of directing high profile, complex partnerships across multiple properties

- You will already have strong experience in directing best in class partnerships and are ready to take the next step into a senior position in Live Nation’s high profile Marketing Partnerships department
- Superior project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Work with recognisable global brands preferred

- Expert in Keynote/PowerPoint tools to build decks and presentations for client
- Flexible, fast learner
- Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and presentation
- A proven understanding of data analysis and reporting

What the job involves
- Reports to: Director, Global Partnerships
- Working Hours: Full time with occasional out of hours working
- This position supports the relationship and activities of key Live Nation’s long-term strategic partners and will be responsible for maximising the value of these relationships
- These long-term partnerships are the cornerstone of our sponsorship business spanning all Live Nation assets from venues to ticket access programmes
- These accounts require meticulous Account Management to maintain excellent standards year-round, guiding the partnership strategically through ‘always on’ ticketing and marketing rights
- Superior knowledge, expertise and vision for your partnerships will mean you are the natural driving force, influencing regular business updates with the brand and internally with the Marketing Partnerships senior leadership team
- Ultimately – you will strengthen Live Nation’s position as a key strategic resource for our partners’ business while spotting opportunities for growth and expansion

- Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service, detailed knowledge of client’s industry and business, impeccable delivery and client engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with Live Nation internal teams and market leads to ensure the desired program delivery and results for clients
- Develop detailed understanding of client’s business and identify opportunities for business and/or brand growth through entertainment marketing programs
- Assist clients in achieving ROI goals
- Foster an environment which is team-oriented and in which the exchange of ideas among staff is encouraged
- Explore new technologies, marketing trends, and data and analytics practices to add value to clients
- Identify opportunities to engage internal resources
- Gather, analyse, and package key metrics, learnings and development opportunities into program recaps that are delivered in a timely manner
- Create artist audience profile decks using LN resourcing and Chart Metric
- Develop strong understanding of LN Digital, Mobile and Social Media assets and liaise with local markets to ensure proper execution of sponsorship-based media plans
- Work with teams to ensure proper execution of O&O media plans
- Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs
- Support department wide development initiatives
- Review tour marketing assets with brand inclusion for approval to ensure brand partner inclusion meets brand guidelines
- Ability to read and understand basic tour marketing media plans to ensure Brand commitment is being fulfilled
- Work with Live Nation Finance team and Live Nation tour marketers to reconcile each tour media spend

Live Nation is the world's leading live entertainment company, sitting at the top of the market in live events and ticketing. Formed in 2005, it is a major international company, with key business segments made up of concerts, ticketing, and sponsorship and advertising.
Despite its dominant position in the market, the company saw an 84% drop in revenue during 2020 and the closure of live events. Since then, however, demand has been stronger than ever for their ticket sales. This is a reflection that live events remain a clear priority for consumers and has been further reflected in Live Nation's acquisitions of companies - like Goodlive - that complement and bolster Live Nation's portfolio.
In addition to live events, a key area to watch for Live Nation will be the rise of online concert streaming, like that undertaken by competitors such as Driift.
