Who you are
- This role is ideal for a strategic and customer-focused product leader passionate about solving complex challenges at scale
- 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS or DevOps-related technologies
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer challenges in software delivery, including compliance, security, governance, and scalability
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and large-scale software development environments
- Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, prioritizing high-impact work that delivers measurable value to enterprise customers
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
- Excellent analytical skills, leveraging data and customer feedback to drive decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment

- CircleCI is hiring a Product Manager to drive innovation and deliver world-class CI/CD solutions tailored to the needs of large enterprise customers
- As a Product Manager at CircleCI, you will own the strategy, roadmap, execution, and outcomes for enterprise-focused CI/CD solutions
- You’ll work closely with engineers, product analysts, designers, and key business stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet the unique demands of enterprise organizations
- What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a compelling product strategy focused on addressing the needs of enterprise customers using CI/CD at scale
- Engage directly with large organizations to understand their goals, challenges, and technical requirements, translating insights into actionable product decisions
- Drive continuous discovery to identify and assess opportunities that enhance enterprise adoption, security, compliance, and performance
- Define and prioritize features that improve enterprise customers’ CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliability, scalability, and ease of use
- Collaborate with sales, account management, and business development teams to refine go-to-market strategies and drive customer success
- Work with engineering teams to deliver high-impact, high-quality features iteratively and efficiently
- Establish success metrics and drive accountability for delivering measurable customer and business outcomes
- Stay ahead of industry trends in DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise software development to inform product strategy
