Who you are
- This role requires a mix of creative and administrative skills, with a focus on assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and digital reporting
- 2+ Years of Hubspot sequencing, workflows and customer data management is an absolute must
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is a plus, but not required
What the job involves
- The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in executing daily marketing activities, helping manage our CRM, assist in creating engaging content, and maintaining our brand presence across various platforms
- Assist in the creation, execution, and reporting of go-to market campaigns
- Manage and maintain portions of our Hubspot CRM & customer workflows
- Generate and monitor UTM links for campaign tracking and analysis
- Support the Sr. Marketing Manager in executing promotional pushes
- Help with scheduling and monitoring seasonal marketing campaigns and keep our marketing calendar up to date
- Support in crafting customer communications and collaborating with Sales, Support and Marketing to send customer emails when needed
- Partner with Sales on building out sequences, deals workflows and reporting to help support new business growth through Hubspot
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in all marketing efforts
- Assist in organizing and executing marketing events and promotions
- Maintain and organize marketing assets and materials
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the marketing team
