Our take

Aisera is an intelligent process automation platform that started out automating tasks, actions, and workflows for customers using AI tech. It now supplies AI agents and assistants designed to support teams to deliver heightened business value more effectively.

This approach, where AI supports humans to boost their own productivity, is not an uncommon one. But the fact Aisera adopted this approach before the AI boom should give it an edge. Increasing interest in AI means more competition, but the company's foundation in the sector - which includes an impressive 300% growth year-on-year - suggests a promising future.

Aisera boasts a 75 million strong user base, including big-name enterprise clients like Zoom, McAfee and Autodesk. In 2025, it was acquired by Automation Anywhere, with the hope this united front will result in a powerful force driving the next generation of enterprise transformation.
