Senior Integration Partnerships Director, Lily AI

• Objectivity, empathy, humility, polish, analytical thinking, and organizational capabilities
• 7+ years of experience in integrations, strategic business development with demonstrated success in leading integrations into enterprise platforms, retail ecosystem technologies, and social media/social commerce platforms
• A solid understanding of the retail/enterprise SaaS technology space, and a network of contacts in the retail technology ecosystem (e.g., eCommerce platforms, onsite search and product recommendation engines, SEO & SEM tool providers, online marketplace technologies, demand forecasting engines, social media and commerce platforms)
• Excitement to join an AI startup and put in the hustle required to get things done! (this does not mean working around the clock, but it does mean long hours, on occasion)

• Lily AI is seeking an Integrations Partnerships Senior Director/Director who will work with internal and partner teams to drive the integration of Lily AI into third-party technologies, from eCommerce to social media platforms (“partners”, collectively)
• This may entail the development of private integrations, apps, plug-ins, and connectors (“integrations”, collectively)
• The role will also entail working with third-parties, such as Systems Integrators (SIs), that can accelerate our efforts
• This role is pivotal to the future growth of Lily AI and will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and championing strategic environments for Lily AI integrations and platform alliances
• Help to refine the strategy for Lily AI integrations and identify the right integration partners for Lily AI by analyzing the market landscape, Lily AI’s capabilities, the needs of prospective partners, and market trends
• Work with Product and Engineering teams to develop a certification program for integration partners
• Lead integration conversations from pitch to deal close to integration implementation
• Identify, plan, and work with Product and Engineering teams to develop, monitor, and maintain integrations. Determine when third parties are required to assist in integration development, and work to develop relationships with and engage those parties
• Work with Sales, Marketing, Channel Partnerships to ensure the successful promotion and commercialization of these integrations
• Work with partner teams to promote integrations once live and ensure success of the integration partnership through constant engagement and fine tuning of the experience
• Establish regular cadence of new integration platform launches throughout the year
