• The Institutional Operations Solutions (IOS) team sits within Finance Operations and is responsible for managing risk and providing operational solutions to the institutional business at Coinbase
• Within the IOS team, teams range from Treasury to Trade Execution Services to Data Analytics
• Teams within IOS interact with many stakeholders within the institutional business to create solutions and strive to develop efficient processes and systems to facilitate the institutional business at scale
• In addition to interacting with internal stakeholder teams, team members in IOS directly face off with institutional clients and provide best in class client service
• Work with different IOS teams through day-to-day responsibilities, while learning their processes and role in the firm
• Identify and manage operational risk and understand compliance and regulatory requirements
• Identify opportunities to for improvement in existing processes and risk management capabilities
• Partner with stakeholders, including Product and Engineering to build best in class technology solutions
• Work with fellow interns on a group project to solve a real world problem, and present solution to leadership team
• Analyze data sets and make recommendations based on data and sound analysis
