Who you are

Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment
Track record of driving team enablement and quota attainment
At least 3 years experience selling in B2B ideally to CEO or Senior Marketers depending on size of company
You are a native English speaker

What the job involves

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our expanding sales team
You will deliver sales of our solution and help drive growth of the company to the next level
Responsible for your own targets and delivering against your sales quota
Take appointments booked by the SDR team
Book inbound appointment requests passed over from marketing
Plug any gaps in appointments with own prospecting
Take appointments. Qualify and execute good discovery, identify product fit and close deals
Manage your pipeline for this quarter and coming quarter
Work as part of the GTM team and input into team development and feedback to marketing on campaigns and initiatives
Close business and hit your target

Our take

Decades of neglectful waste disposal has led to enormous quantities of plastic waste ending up in the ocean, and consumer brands are major contributors to this. Many businesses aspire to reduce their plastic imprint and contribute to the global ocean cleanup, but organizing such projects and hiring trained volunteers is expensive and logistically difficult.

Cleanhub provides a global platform for waste collection, allowing brands to pay for the company to organize a fixed amount of waste cleanup every month, without the brand having to organize volunteers or logistics. Companies can be charged at a bespoke monthly rate or for every e-Commerce sale, and Cleanhub will collect waste, allowing the brand to track and share their progress.

Cleanhub has generated great interest from various industries internationally, and their customer base includes companies such as Noughty, Yamo and Everdrop as well as giants like Würth. Recent funding will be used to scale its operations with the aim of building out a foundational part of the world's waste management infrastructure.
