Who you are

2 days per week in our London office. 3 days remote
To apply for this role you must have 5+ years experience running a similar partnerships programme
You should have experience of running affiliate programmes in multiple markets
You should have experience working and negotiating with affiliates
You should be comfortable working independently (though you are a part of a larger team)

What the job involves

We’re looking for an experienced affiliate partnerships manager to join the team and take responsibility for forging relationships and building partnerships with brands that we can include on the Gener8 Rewards platform
Today our key markets are USA and UK. Though we will expanding to more countries over the next 12months

Our take

Gener8 Ads is trying to simultaneously give companies and media agencies access to better advertising leads, while giving public users more control over – and the chance to profit from – their own data.

The company offers internet users a range of products including a browser, app an and existing browser extension, in which they can elect to share their anonymised data in return for redeemable rewards or simply browse in total privacy. The appeal for advertisers is the promise of a more personal approach, reaching only those who would be interested in their products.

Amidst all the noise surrounding data privacy, Gener8’s solution is a clever one. Indeed, the company gained immense traction after an appearance on BBC’s Dragons’ Den which went viral, and was hailed the show’s best ever pitch. Unsurprisingly, the TV appearance led to a successful funding round, which helped the company to accelerate growth. Further funds have also been secured that have supported the launch of Gener8's app as it looks to disrupt the big tech giants.
