Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s/MBO student, ideally studying business, marketing, sales, hospitality, or a related field
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- A curious and proactive learner, excited to gain experience in a variety of areas (eCommerce, sales, tech)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a positive attitude
- Great communicator with empathy and patience to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced startup and collaborate across departments
- You thrive in a customer-facing role, always eager to provide a warm, friendly service

What the job involves
- Orderchamp is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to join our team and help us provide top-tier service to our customers
- As a Customer Support Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have the best possible experience
- You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team in a startup where your contributions truly matter!
- As a key member of our Customer Support team, you’ll be on the frontlines, supporting customers across different channels (email, live chat, and phone)
- You won’t just be solving problems—you’ll be learning how our entire business operates
- You’ll gain exposure to multiple departments, from tech and sales to marketing and finance, gaining a well-rounded experience that will accelerate your career
- Engaging with customers via email, live chat, and phone to deliver quick, friendly, and efficient support
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Tech Support, Marketing) to resolve customer inquiries and find innovative solutions
- Educating users on Orderchamp’s platform features, helping them get the most out of their experience
- Staying informed on the latest updates, technical fixes, and marketplace changes to keep customers well-informed
- Working closely with all departments, giving you a broad and diverse background in everything from tech to sales and marketing
- Work 32-40 hours per week, based on your availability

Orderchamp provides an online marketplace for purchasing wholesale products from brands and retailers, with a focus on recommending personalised home and lifestyle products based on user data. The company lists over 6,000 premium brands on its marketplace which can be purchased wholesale through flexible 60-day payment plans, with free shipping on orders above €250 and with low minimum order quantities.
Wholesale marketplaces for brands and retailers are nothing new, but Orderchamp has taken a unique stance in the market by minimising its minimum order sizes and providing flexible payment options in order to be affordable to any business, regardless of size. Furthermore, the use of data-driven algorithms provides an additional strength over competitors by recommending users products that will sell well based on their store. Orderchamp now boasts a network of over 100,000 independent retailers, which is testament to its impact.
