What the job involves

- We're building our first dedicated Business Operations function from the ground up, and we’re looking for a sharp, solutions-oriented generalist to help us do it. As our Business Operations Specialist, you’ll work at the center of it all: coordinating cross-functional initiatives, building operational frameworks, and ensuring things run smoothly as we scale
- You’ll report directly to our Chief of Staff, with the opportunity to influence every corner of the company. If you’re someone who thrives on variety, brings clarity to complexity, and wants to grow your career in business ops at a high-growth company, this role was built for you
- Coordinate the quarterly OKR process from planning to tracking, making sure every team is aligned on their goals and progress
- Plan and manage company-wide meetings and events, including All Hands and leadership syncs, to ensure they're purposeful and drive action
- Maintain reporting systems that track critical metrics and deliver insights to help leadership make informed decisions
- Provide project support across departments, acting as the operational glue for complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Support the Chief of Staff in rolling out processes for goal-setting, planning, and accountability
- Create and manage documentation that supports knowledge-sharing without slowing us down
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, starting with optimizing our company-wide OKR process
- Evaluate and improve operational tools and systems, making sure they power our operations
- Keep communication flowing smoothly, ensuring teams are informed and nothing falls through the cracks
- Guide change management efforts, helping teams adopt new processes and ways of working

Over 80% of businesses currently use chatbots to provide a variety of automated services to customers. However, chatbots are generally uniform and provide standardized responses, unless the business staffs a chatbot programmer.
ManyChat provides a platform for the creation of customized chatbots without needing any experience in coding. The startup focuses on providing small businesses opportunities to equip the messaging services of their Facebook and Instagram business pages with automotive customer service tools.
The company has grown a huge customer base of over a million businesses, powering more than a billion conversations each year. Though there is tough competition in this field, including new AI chatbots arriving on the market, ManyChat's focus on ease of use and code-free customization will likely ensure its ongoing popularity.
