Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, with focus on content marketing, SEO, and partnerships
- Proven track record in supporting market expansion for US companies
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
- Understanding of both paid and unpaid marketing channels
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
- Excellent analytical and budgeting skills Preferred:
- Background in events, hospitality, tourism or similar industry
- Experience working remotely, and managing freelancers and agencies
- Fluency in French is preferred but not required
What the job involves
- We're seeking an experienced Global Marketing Manager to lead Peerspace's traffic growth initiatives across our target international markets
- Based in London or the surrounding region, this critical role sits at the intersection of our global marketing strategy and local market execution
- The position offers a unique opportunity to shape Peerspace's international presence while working closely with both the Marketing and local Ops teams
- As the marketing champion for our international expansion, you'll have full autonomy over local marketing initiatives while maintaining strong alignment with our global brand strategy
- This role is both hands-on and strategic, and will be responsible for driving traffic growth outside the US, with a particular focus on SEO, content marketing, partnerships, digital PR, and campaign management
- Identify, secure, and manage relationships with local affiliate marketing partners—such as brands, influencers, media outlets, industry blogs, and others—to launch new affiliate marketing campaign in support of traffic and brand building efforts
- Manage content creation for local markets, including maintaining a content calendar, and support our global SEO strategy as needed
- Recruit and oversee freelance writers for country-specific content optimized for SEO and building website domain authority
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives to build greater presence with key customer segments
- Establish and manage local affiliate and ambassador programs Secondary Responsibilities:
- Oversee all relevant performance metrics for local marketing campaigns and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization
- Partner with US-based marketing teams (e.g. SEM, Lifecycle, Brand) and in-country Ops teams on various marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all local marketing initiatives
