Strategic Operations Manager, Wunderflats

• 3-4 years of experience in Operations Strategy, Project Management, Consulting, or similar roles
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, with a clear business impact
• Strong execution focus within a business environment (not only consulting)
• Excellent structuring and prioritization skills

• We’re looking for a Strategic Operations Manager to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support our growth and operational excellence
• You’ll act as an internal project owner — taking critical initiatives end-to-end from problem definition to execution and measurable business impact
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support you’ll turn complex challenges into pragmatic, scalable solutions
• Own and deliver strategic, cross-functional projects end-to-end with a clear business impact, especially on own innovations, changes and optimisations that increase our landlord engagement, satisfaction and listing quality on our marketplace
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans, timelines, and success metrics
• Lead operational customer facing launches of e.g.new offers, features, and operational processes
• Use data to identify root causes, validate hypotheses, and measure impact
• Define and track meaningful KPIs with Data teams (e.g. Tableau)
• Align stakeholders and communicate progress proactively throughout execution
• Anticipate risks and adapt execution when needed
