Who you are
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnership
- Roles—preferably within the digital marketing, SaaS, or technology sectors
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and
- Build relationships at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated success in solution selling and developing compelling value propositions
- Skilled in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise partners
- Ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline with a strategic, hands-on approach
- Solid understanding of digital marketing services—websites, SEO, eCommerce, and
- Paid search is a significant advantage
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus
What the job involves
- As we continue our aggressive global expansion, we’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our growth team and help us build strong partnerships with key players in the market
- This is a high-impact, strategic role focused entirely on acquiring new business partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal part in Spotzer Digital’s growth strategy by driving new sales initiatives, identifying business opportunities, and nurturing senior-level relationships with potential enterprise partners
- This role will report directly into the CEO
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects across industries such as Telco,
- Directories, Hosting, Media, and Platforms with large SMB customer bases
- Proactively develop and close new partnership opportunities
- Confidently demonstrate Spotzer Digital’s product offerings and clearly articulate value
- To C-level and senior decision-makers
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting, ensuring strong internal
- Communication with Spotzer’s leadership team
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and sustained success for
- Newly acquired partners
- Meet and exceed individual sales and business development targets

Spotzer Digital is a white-label media group that provides services for creating and maintaining online content for search engines and social networks. It caters to small, medium and large businesses, providing an end-to-end business solution for the likes of Wix, Telstra, IONOS, Orange, FCR Media and ItaliaOnline.
Spotzer's main growth areas have been the US, UK, Germany, France, Italy and Australia. It has capitalised on its momentum by releasing new products, such as its Social Essentials subscription service to allow its customers to drive engagement on social media. We expect it will continue to expand its evolving offerings in existing markets as well as grow its customer base further internationally.
