Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can drive their work from conception to deployment with minimal supervision
- This role requires a developer who is not only proficient in React but also passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and delivering exceptional user experiences, particularly when working with large data sets
- 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
- Hands-on experience with React
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Nx, Babel, NPM)
- Experience with Git and version control
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous request handling
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently in an agile environment and take ownership of projects
Desirable
- Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques
- Experience with AI tools and agentic development
- Experience with TypeScript and SCSS
- Familiarity with Docker, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with modern testing frameworks
What the job involves
- We are seeking a skilled Front-End React Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to implement innovative solutions
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code, including writing unit tests
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front-end development
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and workflows
- Drive projects from initial concept through deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time
