We are seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to join our team and help us develop and deploy efficient and powerful search and cutting-edge neural retrieval systems
Strong programming and engineering skills, with versatility across the backend stack
Track record of working with large-scale information retrieval systems

What the job involves

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing performant backend retrieval systems while working with machine learning and large language models (LLMs)
Implement and optimize search and neural retrieval systems
Scale architectures while optimizing performance and accuracy
Assist with cloud orchestration and infrastructure
Develop and maintain production environment
Curate and manage large-scale data ingestion and indexing pipelines
