Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field
- You’re very comfortable developing timelines and driving towards an objective, and have experience with launching a product
- You are excited about working on an immature project, growing together, and shaping the future of the company
- Uncertainty isn’t scary, and you’re willing to realize mistakes and pivot
- You’re familiar with Notion, Jira, Asana or any other task/project management platform. Being well-versed in scrum/agile workflows is a bonus
- You can convey complex ideas and technical concepts to a diverse audience

- You have delivered a high-volume product, or worked in manufacturing, factory or warehouse environments

What the job involves
- Mytra’s Program Management Office is looking for collaborative, high energy PMs to own the design, test, and NPI launch of our robot and AI-powered autonomous material flow systems
- As a Technical Program Manager you’ll deliver cutting edge robotics, software and automation systems for an early stage start up, collaborating with hardware, software, firmware, systems, AI and robotics engineers to develop our product, as well as manufacturing and supply chain to deliver and scale the design into production
- You’ll have the opportunity to own the overall program timeline and drive results across a cross-functional team
- Create the timeline and develop program plan for design execution, R&D build planning, and Engineering, Design and Production Validation Testing of our robot and autonomous systems
- Managing the full project lifecycle of product development and will be responsible for improving efficiency, removing roadblocks, and ultimately ensuring the Systems, Robotics and Software engineering teams’ success
- Collaborating and communicating with leadership, internal engineering, and external design resources to escalate risks and drive execution
- Tracking project progression and initiating corrective actions when risks are identified
- Hands-on, working with engineers and technicians on the hardware
Our take
Since the pandemic disrupted global supply chains, labor shortages and inefficiencies in warehouse operations have become a major issue. Many warehouses are still largely manual, with only a small percentage using advanced automation, leaving space for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
To tackle this, Mytra AI is developing an advanced automation system for warehouses. Founded by former Tesla engineers, the company is creating modular and reconfigurable robotic solutions that can handle heavy payloads and adapt to various warehouse tasks. With the aim of enhancing the flexibility and capability of automated systems, making warehouses better suited to current industry needs.
Backed by substantial funding, Mytra is ready to roll out its solutions with major clients like Albertsons and other Fortune 50 companies. With its innovative approach and strong backing, Myra is well-positioned for an exciting future in the warehouse automation sector.
