Role
Who you are
- Having a data-driven mindset enables you to translate data into understandable information, and review and design new optimisation processes to implement them within the team
- You are strategic, analytical and results-driven with strong problem-solving capabilities. Using your soft skills, you develop outstanding relationships with various stakeholders and external partners
- You are on top of the latest trends in the paid search world including the effective use and setup of Performance Max campaigns
- You have in-depth knowledge of smart bid strategies and know how to use seasonality bid adjustments to react to market changes
- Knowledge of advanced bidding tools and strategies is essential (campaign automation, bid management) - experience in SA360 is highly valued
- Love for numbers, an analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to any task performed. You challenge the status quo, come up with new hypotheses and make plans to test them
- Good understanding of tracking & measurement
- Experience in campaign mass management & working with large budgets
- An open mind & love for change to embrace new ideas, new ways of working, new cultures in our awesome international workspace
- Bonus: Experience in advanced reporting tools (Example:Tableau) building your own dashboards and view
- Experience with Affiliate and Native channels is a plus
What the job involves
- You will plan, manage, execute and measure the paid search campaigns for a set of markets across different search engines and languages
- You will plan and execute A/B tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to drive both maximum return on investment and new customer acquisition on paid search campaigns
- You will be given full ownership of strategic projects that shape the future of our SEA team
- Knowledge of advanced bidding tools and strategies is essential (campaign automation, bid management) - experience in SA360 is highly valued

Our take
Branded payments (such as gift cards, mobile call credit, vouchers and prepaid payment cards) have been in operation for decades - but lately have experienced something of a boom. They are an increasingly popular gift, and Recharge.com is a branded payments scaleup that’s taking advantage of this increased interest.
Recharge focus predominantly on partnerships with leading entertainment and telecom giants like Playstation, Netflix, Apple and Orange. They are not the only player in the market, competing with similar businesses as well as North American behemoth Blackhawk Networks.
To gain an edge, Recharge is looking to capture the consumer side of the $3 trillion-valued branded payments market. With consumers more actively involved in branded payments than ever before, this move could very well prove lucrative.
