G&A Finance Business Partner, Notion

• 8+ years experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, consulting
• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience with some G&A Business Partnership experience is required
• Positive attitude with high aptitude to learn new things quickly. Team player eager to further develop and grow with us
• Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and hunger to continually up-level current approaches and processes
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail - “get it done” attitude

• Our Corporate FP&A team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses & thought partnership
• We are looking for a bright, driven individual with prior G&A Finance experience to support our G&A business partners to achieve their business goals, dial in our forecasting accuracy, and take on high-profile strategic projects for the CFO and other key decision-makers
• Own the relationship with our G&A business partners across People, Facilities, IT, Finance, and Legal. Become a trusted partner and provide our G&A leaders with data and information at the right altitude and on a regular cadence to empower them to make better-informed business decisions and reach their objectives
• Support our monthly close and forecast processes - analyze financial & operational results, distill and synthesize key trends, and communicate risks & opportunities to influence business outcomes
• Produce monthly Budget vs Actuals (BvA) and delve into areas of variance to further forecast accuracy. Coordinate across relevant teams to surface insights to G&A leadership. Present scenario modeling to help frame real estate and other key Company decisions
• Work with our Ops & Systems team to develop and sharpen fringe benefit drivers in our planning tool leveraged by wider Business Partnership team. Build automation to take steps out of our recurring forecast motions and reduce margin of error
• Tackle new & evolving priorities for the team, including ad hoc analyses
