Head of Marketing & Growth, Volteras

• 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, APIs, or data products, ideally having scaled a company from Seed → Series A or beyond
• Track record of building a high-performing marketing team in an early-stage startup
• Proven ability to own the marketing function end-to-end — from strategy to execution
• Experience managing website strategy, analytics, and conversion optimisation
• Strong experience with content, SEO, and inbound growth
• Excellent taste and judgment in design and storytelling — can review creative, shape copy, and guide brand tone
• Data-driven and analytical mindset — comfortable defining KPIs and tracking ROI
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — can align Product, Sales, and Leadership around marketing priorities
• Hands-on and resourceful — able to build systems, test channels, and make things happen quickly
• Based in or near London

• You will:
• Define and execute Volteras’ marketing roadmap across brand, content, and demand generation
• Build out the marketing team and own it.
• Shape Volteras’ positioning and messaging, making complex EV and energy data simple and compelling
• Own the website strategy — narrative, UX, and ongoing iteration
• Build a content and SEO engine that attracts and converts inbound leads
• Partner with Sales to drive pipeline quality and campaign alignment
• Collaborate with Product to ensure marketing reflects product capabilities and customer value
• Measure performance and continuously improve through data and experimentation
• Hire and scale the marketing team as Volteras grows
