IT Engineer, Vivobarefoot

• You'll have 1–3 years in a desktop support, helpdesk or IT field-engineer role (or solid hands-on experience from an internal IT team)
• Solid grasp of Windows and macOS desktop environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 / Teams / common SaaS tools
• Confidence in diagnosing basic hardware faults and replacing parts
• Familiarity with AV/conference-room solutions and basic network concepts (Wi-Fi, switches, cabling)
• Strong customer-service mindset and clear communication skills
• You'll be able to work form our Nature HQ in Wrington, just outside Bristol

Desirable

• We’re looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to handle the day-to-day “business-as-usual” (BAU) support that keeps our people productive. You’ll be the go-to person for hardware and software issues, from desktop break/fix to conference-room AV hiccups
• First-line & second-line support: diagnose and resolve day-to-day hardware and software incidents across Windows and macOS devices
• Desktop / laptop troubleshooting: imaging, setup, repairs, peripheral issues, OS and driver problems
• Software support: install and configure common business apps (Microsoft 365, browsers, collaboration tools), troubleshoot crashes and login problems
• Audio-Visual support: set up, maintain and troubleshoot meeting-room AV solutions (Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, projectors, microphones, cameras)
• Ticket management: log, track and close incidents and requests in the ITSM system, escalating where required
• Documentation: maintain simple how-to guides and knowledge-base articles for recurring issues
