Who you are

5+ years of overall experience in media buying and performance marketing
Deep knowledge of all the acquisition channels - Google ads, DV360, YouTube, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms, direct media buying, UAC etc
Deep knowledge of web analytics systems, tools and mechanics like - Google analytics, GTM, offline conversions etc
Experience in managing an advertising budget at least 200k euros per month
Speaking - ENG, any other languages as an advantage
Desired: any other additional language

What the job involves

Prepare and launch media campaigns in different digital channels like Google ads (Pmax, GDN, search etc.), Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, IG etc
Be responsible for the results in the channels under your responsibility
Prepare forecasts, media plans, and post-campaign analysis for the channels under responsibility
Control spending and efficiency on paid acquisition channels across the markets
Conduct an experiment to improve current results and find new sources of acquisition
Conduct A/B tests and experiments on the landing pages and website to improve the conversion rate from traffic to target actions
Collaborate with other teams - IT, growth, analyst, product etc
